In relation to the outbreak of COVID-19, British Isles DBT Training are considering all options for holding our trainings over the next several months.
Guidance for DBT Skills Essentials Workshop 11-12 June 2020 CARDIFF
The safety of those attending our training events is paramount. With lockdown being reviewed in early May it is uncertain as to whether we will be able to safely deliver this training in Cardiff as planned. Therefore to ensure the safety of those who are attending the training, we are taking the preemptive decision to host the training live, and online in a virtual training room, through Zoom.
As would be typical in a training room, the workshop is fully interactive and participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, view and take part in role plays and practice the skills. All you need to join is a stable internet connection with webcam and mic.
Full joining instructions to the Zoom platform will be sent out shortly for you to join the meeting. the training will take place 9:15 – 17:00 each day and a full schedule will be attached with the joining instructions. Prior to the training we will also be sending out hard copies of the Behavioral Tech licensed training materials to your home address.
We would also like to take this opportunity to remind you of the cancellation and substitution deadline. The cancellation deadline for this training is 17:00 on the 11th May 2020, any cancellations are to be made in writing to email@example.com. The substitution deadline for this training is the 28th June 2020 which again must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Guidance is event specific.
