We had the opportunity to sit down with Dr Christine Dunkley last week who let us in on a little sneak peek of what to expect at her upcoming two day workshop: Regulating Emotions in the DBT Way taking place 14-15 October 2019 in Chester. In this short video Christine shares some insights into the emotion of disgust, how to pick up on physical tells and what to do when treating a client experiencing disgust when that emotion doesn’t fit the facts!

The training will delve into each of the emotions in this way and will offer a step by step guide in to how a therapist can coach a client to regulate their emotions more skillfully.

Click here to find out more about the training including the link to register: https://www.dbt-training.co.uk/course/advanced-class-chester-2019/

We look forward to seeing you there!
