Terms and Conditions for DBT Implementation Toolkit
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and use of the DBT Implementation Toolkit provided by British Isles DBT Training.
2. Definitions
- Toolkit: The DBT Implementation Toolkit which includes various resources, discounts, and access to training and conferences.
- Subscriber: An individual or organization that purchases subscription to the Toolkit.
- Team/team size: Maximum team size per Toolkit subscription is ten practitioners. Additional Toolkits must be purchased for each team of up to ten practitioners.
3. Subscription and Payment
- The annual subscription cost for the Toolkit is £1,200 (excl. VAT).
- Up-front, full payment required.
- Business Debit cards incur a transaction fee of 2.5%.
- 2-year subscription £2,280, 3-year subscription £3,240, 4-year subscription £4,080 (excl. VAT).
4. Discounts and Savings
- Discount applies to all biDBT-run workshops and training events with no limit on usage.
- Discounts do not apply to workshops with guest speakers.
- Discounts on Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Intensive Training™ increase with the number of places booked, with the seventh place offered for free.
5. Renewals, Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Month 11 we will contact your team with a report on how your toolkit was implemented, we will also send an invoice for the following 12-month subscription.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once we receive payment, and materials have been shipped.
- Cancellations can be made at any time, but part refunds are not available.
6. Changes to Terms
- British Isles DBT Training reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the official website.
7. Limitation of Liability
British Isles DBT Training is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Toolkit.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
9. Payment Terms
All invoices must be settled by the specific due date on your invoice.
10. Contents
- The Toolkit includes a variety of DBT resources such as mindfulness tools, DBT Skills Training Handouts, and key DBT literature.
- Two complimentary places at the Society for DBT Annual Conference.
- One free foundation training place or one free upgrade place upon renewal.
- Complimentary access to our Online Video Library.
- Exclusive access to Team and Program Consultation.

12. Your Data
Data Retention
Your data will be retained for 6 months following the end of your subscription. After this period, your data will be securely deleted unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary for legal obligations.
Purpose of Data Use
We collect and use your data solely for purposes directly related to your subscription, including, but not limited to:
- Issuing invoices to the entity you specify.
- Communicating with you regarding any issues or updates related to your subscription.
- Conducting administrative tasks strictly relevant to managing your subscription.
Marketing Communications
If you opt in to receive marketing communications, we will retain your contact information until you unsubscribe from our mailing list. We will use this information to:
- Inform you about relevant courses, updates, or services you may find beneficial.
- Provide details on exclusive discounts and simplified booking processes for future courses.
