DBT Implementation Toolkit

Introducing the DBT Implementation Toolkit

The DBT Implementation Toolkit was developed to address a key challenge many DBT teams face: balancing the cost of training, resources, and networking with the need for ongoing professional development. Years ago, we received a grant to study the contributing factors to DBT team success. The most effective teams were those that invested in regular training, continuous learning, and active participation in networking and conferences. However, we recognised that these investments can be costly.

To bridge this gap, we meticulously crafted the DBT Implementation Toolkit – a comprehensive solution that equips teams with exclusive materials, valuable resources, and generous discounts on DBT training courses. Our goal is to make it easier and more affordable for your team to succeed in delivering high-quality DBT services.

Huge Savings!

Enjoy our best group discount rates and save up to 38% on our biDBT-run workshops and training events. Access to the Benchmarking Project Website (DBT.UK.NET)

biDBT has developed the Benchmarking project website to provide a simple and practical tool that allows DBT teams to collect outcome data, benchmark and map their DBT programme and connect with other teams.

Start Benchmarking your team and gather data to support the efficacy of your DBT Programme by using EQ5D, BSL or DERS to assess and record client outcomes at three key points in their treatment: Pre-treatment, Admission for Treatment and Discharge. This data will form a basis for evaluation and continuous quality improvement.

All data is confidential. The only information collected is the client’s self-report measures – no sensitive or personally identifiable information is collected. Client anonymity is guaranteed as the websites generates an automatic pseudonym ensuring confidentiality. Only the DBT team entering the data will know to whom the data belongs to.

Invitations to the Benchmarking Events

You will be invited to attend and/or contribute to all future DBT Benchmarking Check-In-Events – which occur either online or in-person throughout the year. These Check-Ins are an exciting and invaluable opportunity to hear from and speak with other Benchmarking DBT Teams as well as experts in the field of DBT.

We look forward to supporting your DBT Team’s growth and success.
